We know that sometimes you need your items quickly – whether it’s for an event, or just the eventful day you open the package!
PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed before 11:00 AM PST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
Please note for December holidays all orders must be placed by December 18th to receive them by December 25th.

With a minimum purchase of $75 or more* at TagsEvolution Collections, shipping is no cost to you. This offer applies only to standard ground shipping.

RETURN POLICY
To return or exchange an item already received: We want you to be happy when you open your order. If your expectations are not met, you can return unworn items within 30 days of shipment date. For all returns please ensure items being mailed back are in original condition: unworn and packaging material present. Sales are final on earrings, hair items, and hats due to the nature of these products. Swarovski merchandise over $100 is exchange only. Please include your order number or invoice to send your products back to us. Don’t worry – this process is easy. Once your return is received we will refund you in the method you paid. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise please do not worry, we can exchange that item or do a full refund. - Only standard delivery is available.
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-13 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 4 – 9 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
- Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 – 13 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
- Holidays: Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.
- Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Next Day Shipping is available on orders by request via contact. Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will arrive the following business day, by end of day.
- Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states.
